June 2000 Received from Master TUE HO - BRASIL

I prepared this small work to my Viet Tai Chi practicing brothers,
specially those who know the Thap Bat Dieu Bo (the condor) and make use of the Simon and Garfunkel song (the hymn of the Andes), so that they can know a little more about the Andes culture, specially the Inca culture.

I am Brazilian and I live rather near the ancient Incas region. My Viet Vo Dao master lived in the Titicaca lake for some years when he came from Vietnam. I want to share with you sirs some of the much information I have about this subject. I intend to write in the future, my experiences with the Xamans and the training ways of this powerful spiritual culture.

THE LINO RITUAL

When the boat with visitors arrives, everybody in the village knows that its direction is the illustrissimo master's house. When one gets to this small straw house one sees a bamboo chair and a small table on which there is a small christen bible. After entering the house, the visitors sits up and receives from the master auxiliary an instruction to meditate silently about the problem that took him to the master's house. After that, he will get closer to the table to open the bible at random. Then he will choose a verse and read it. Without any word being said so far, the master will begin the interpretation of the verse in a magic way, and the he will guide the visitor towards his problem.  It is incredible how everything happens so fast and precisely and how the people who are lucky to meet the master are able to change their lives.

It is said by the Quechua natives that every year in august, a big condor comes to the Titicaca Lake and look for the floating island where the Jose illustrissimo master lives. The meeting between the master spirits eyes and the condor's, keeps open the thousand- year- old communication between celestial forces and the Inca people, even such hard times.

The geysers are the old that cry as we are a people of lost powers. The white settlers came for the gold and offended those who gave us power our civilization declined and we lost the power of our ancestors. (Geysers are holes next to volcanoes from which gas and hot water come).

The city of Cuzoo was built in a puma shape (the cat of the mountains). Its largest temple was located in the point where the hart of the animal was, and it was called "crystal temple". The eyes of the puma watched the entrance of the valley and its big power to intimidate the enemies was due to the intense shine from the enormous crystal discs that reflected the sunlight during the day. And at night reflected the light of the powerful torches. This magical city is located in the atacama valley. It was discovered again in 1911 after being lost for centuries camouflaged by the forest.

The new Cuzoo is like any other in South America, but the old Cuzoo still has much of its ancient magic and deep nature force involvement.

Machu Pichu means "old mountain", and it is a set of ruins of a fortress city which is located on the top of a mountain range. This place was the sacred place of the Incas and at the same time a refuge for monks, scientists, intellectuals and the royal family even nowadays this city has big power. Open rituals and secret rituals that were not performed yet. Its main point of energy is the wintiwatana stone which means "the stone to which the sun is tied".

According to the Inca tradition, the sun making, using of a powerful ray, tied up itself to a stone, that is deeply stuck in the mountain, so that it never goes away from the earth and from its children. Curiously, with the help of satellites, modern science was able to prove that wintiwatana is really a hurge tooth stuck in the mountain and its root is many kilometers deep.

The Qechua language Inca people moved to the low parts towards the Titicaca lake after being attacked by white invaders the water of this lake has its origin in the high mountains from Peru in the Andes mountain range and in the subterranean water-tables that go to the surface. In its bank the Totora reed grows. It is eatable while it is green and it is extremely rigid and resistant when it is dry. The Inca people became the Totora people because they built floating islands of reed and clay and they started to live on them with their animals and plantations. As the lake is very large (750 Km round), its currents take the island from one side to the other, without any control. This fact gave the Totora people a certain invisibility before the possibility of enemy attacks, and because of that they were called the "ghost people". Nowadays, their boats made from reeds are part of the delightful lake view and there are anchored islands, which help the residents to go to schools, hospitals and to other modern life society benefits.

THE XAMA OF THE TITICACA LAKE

In 1954, when my master arrived in South America from Vietnam, he lived in a city alongside the Titicaca Lake. He got amazed when he knew that the lake was located at an altitude higher than thousand meters and that is was the mouth of volcano. He gets to know the Totora people and he lives among them for ten weeks. At this time he met the Jose illustrissimo master a blind man who had lost his vision in a deep valley in Machu Pichu when he fell into a crack. A condor saved his life. Its repeated calls attracted the attention of the mountain guides who rescued the yang Inca. Today the master is 98 years old and he dedicates himself to the spiritual orientation of much grime that come from many parts of the world to meet him.

THE ANDERS INCA CULTURE- PAST AND PRESENT

The deepest valley in the world is located between the Cuzoo City and the Machu Pichu Mountains. It is more then 4 Km deep being four times deeper than the Grand Canyon in the USA. This magic valley keeps the Inca civilization. Which is represented nowadays only by ancient ruins and by a few Inca remainders. The Incas had big spiritual power, their intelligence war very advanced. Their had a powerful and numerous army, their cites had the most incredible and advanced artifacts. They where to cut cube- shaped stones, with sides measuring nine meters. They transported these huge stones to high altitudes to build their temples and fortresses. The knew how to canalize water to very high places, by using the power of subterranean water tables and the power of geysers. They were also able to purify gold without using mercury and work with tools made from precious stones, which were operated by a voice command.

According to the Inca tradition, Monaoku and Mococaka were the children of the sun and they founded the city of Cuzoo. To populate the region the Inca people was created Mococaka and Monaoku gave their people a magic language, with it all the thing could be named and become powerful. It was the Qechua language.

The Incas considered and still consider the earth as a live organism, a sacred being. First they see the earth in a religious way, and the in an economic way. According to the tradition, one should treat the earth, the plants, the water and the fire from the earth (volcanoes) as mankind auxiliary beings. The soil is called Viracotcha or "lying god", the earth is called Pathamana the Incas. The Incas from the past and the ones from today claim: "We are the children of the sun, a collective thought, fertile as the earth and hot as the water that comes from the sleeping volcanoes.
